Over the past week, the only thing more despicable than the actions of Jared Loughner in Tucson have been the liberal attempts to capitalize on the horrible tragedy in a multiplicity of ways. From directly blaming popular conservative figures, to attempting to control the agenda of the new Republican Congress, the Democrats have again proven they will stop at nothing to enforce an ideology that the American people clearly do not want.

It began with the irresponsible rhetoric from Democratic Pima County Sheriff Clarence Dupnik. Before anyone knew if U.S. Rep. Gabrielle Giffords (D-AZ) had even survived, and how many victims had not, Sheriff Dupnik opined,

“let me just say one thing, because people tend to poo-poo this business about all the vitriol that we hear inflaming the American public by people who make a living off of doing that. That may be free speech. But it’s not without consequences.”

The following day, Sheriff Dupnik went on ABC News from his small perch in Southern Arizona, and ratcheted up the national rhetoric by laying specific blame on Rush Limbaugh.

“The kind of rhetoric that flows from people like Rush Limbaugh, in my judgment, he’s irresponsible; uses partial information, sometimes wrong information. Attacks people, angers them against government, angers them against elected officials, and that kind of behavior, in my opinion, is not without consequence and I think he’s irresponsible.”

Then, far-left liberal blogger Deborah White disgracefully attempted to lay blame at the feet of Sarah Palin, in part because of an RNC map that she approved which showed vulnerable Congressional districts with cross-hairs. Despite the fact that the DNC had almost an identical map with bulls-eyes, Ms. White surmised,

“The shooting of a political leader was an atrocity waiting to happen... a near inevitability since gun-toting Tea Partiers, urged on by Sarah Palin and her sidekicks, stormed Congressional town hall meetings in summer 2009.

Emboldened in the 2010 election cycle, Palin, Sharron Angle, and other Tea-Party Republican candidates used ever-more provocative words and imagery, evoking gun violence, including: Gun-toting crosshairs imposed on specific Congressional districts and for specific elected leaders, threats of "second amendment remedies,” and exhorting Americans to “reload” and to “aim for” Democrats.

And in an even more bizarre twist, U.S. Rep. Jim Clyburn (D-SC) has assessed blame for the tragedy in Tucson to the Congressional reading of the Constitution on the House floor; and capitalized on the emotions of the tragedy by calling for a renewal of the “Fairness Doctrine” which serves to silence conservative talk-radio, renewed gun regulation legislation, and further restrictions on free speech rights.

What is most troublesome is that the Republican led 112^th Congress is readying for a vote to begin what will ultimately be a long and dirty fight to repeal Obamacare, and liberals in the media are making a concerted effort to use the tragedy as a way to control the Republican Congress and the will of the people who put them there.

Liberals are using terms like “violent political rhetoric,” “hate speech,” and “inflammatory remarks,” all under a banner of political correctness in an attempt to stem the American tide away from progressive socialism, and control the mood of politics at a time they were dethroned from power, and before the newly elected Republican majority has even cast a vote.

Former Democratic Sen. Bob Kerrey went so far as to say that Jared Loughner, now known to be a delusional individual with no sane political rationale, “was partially motivated by his anger over the GOP’s move to repeal Obamacare.” These kind of unsupported and flat-out dishonest statements are exactly what the American people are getting sick of from Democrats. Americans are finally realizing that progressive liberals truly believe everyone else is stupid.

In an absolute contradiction to the wild assertions by Democrats of “what the American people want,” the most recent Rasmussen Poll shows that 75% of Americans want a full repeal of the Obamacare Bill, while only 18% want the job-killing legislation to remain as it is. These numbers are absolutely staggering, and solidify even more that liberals have completely lost touch with mainstream America.

 Jared Loughner’s actions in Tucson had nothing to do with Obamacare, but had everything to do with being an extreme example of what happens when someone believes, delusional or not, that their voice is no longer being heard and no longer matters.

Disregarding the will of suffering people to further radical political ideology has become a tenet of liberal politics, along with their manipulative, propaganda like rhetoric machine. All should remember that is why they were kicked out of office to begin with, and the tragedy in Tucson had absolutely nothing to do with that.

Liberals condemn conservatives for being inflammatory, hateful, and dangerous with irresponsible rhetoric. But within this so-called “rhetoric” lies the differences in the political ideology. Liberals believe that people who do not see it their way are simply ignorant or wrong, and any speech against progressive liberalism is “hateful,” “inflammatory,” “dangerous,” and “irresponsible.”

Is this the America the people want to live in? An America where free speech and liberty exist as long as it is not prohibited by some arcane tenet of progressive liberalism? Before you all jump on the bandwagon of a Congressional kumbaya, remember that Jared Loughner should not be single-handedly allowed to reshape America. And shame on the Democrats for bothering to try.

The Society of Professional Journalists has launched a campaign to persuade the news media that the term “illegal immigrant” is racist and should no longer be used in publication. Instead the SPJ would prefer that the news media refer to illegal aliens as “undocumented workers.” This is just another blatant example of how the far-left progressives continue their crusade to redefine the meaning of freedom of speech under a guise of political correctness.

But the story goes much deeper than words and terminology. It cannot be denied that the subject of illegal immigration will soon reach a boiling point that politicians will no longer be able to avoid. And the progressives are already preparing for the battle by boxing Americans in with political correctness and enforcing their will against a nation that was built on the premise of protecting adversarial speech within the meaning of the First Amendment.

Progressives compare this war of what to do with the millions of illegal aliens that cross the border into the United States knowingly breaking the laws of the country, with the plight of the Civil Rights movement that redefined the African-American place in American society after their ancestors were rounded up like zoo animals and brought to this country against their will to be sold as slaves. The comparison is just despicable, and so are those making it.

African Americans did not even know what the United States was at the time, and they certainly were not climbing any fences to get in here. They were caught, stripped, shaved, branded, chained to the bottom of a ship, and brought to American ports where they were sold to plantation owners and slave traders like cattle at an auction.

"Two days before embarkation, the head of every male and female is neatly shaved; and, if the cargo belongs to several owners, each man's brand is impressed on the body of his irrespective Negro, and as they touch the deck, they are entirely stripped so that women as well as men go out of Africa as they came into it – naked. In this state they are immediately ordered below.”

“When the vessels arrive at their destined port, the Negroes are again exposed naked to the eyes of all that flock together, and the examination of their purchasers. Then they are separated to the plantations of their several masters, to see each other no more. Dere you may see mothers hanging over their daughters, bedewing their naked breasts with tears, and daughters clinging to their parents, till the whipper soon obliges them to part. Banished from their country, from their friends and relations forever, from every comfort of life, they are reduced to a state scarce anyway preferable to that of beasts of burden.

Their culture and way of life have destroyed their own natural resource rich countries through corruption, poor government policy, and exploitation of the people. As a result, their living conditions have become unbearable and it is hard to blame them for wanting to live in the land of the prosperous and free just on the other side of the fence.

The problem is once they get here, they do not come to assimilate into American society and adopt our culture and way of life. They wish to continue living and acting as they did in the Third World nations in which they came from. So instead of crossing the border to find the American dream that African-Americans were fighting for in the 1960s Civil Rights movement, they come to live as they had before with the added benefit of leeching off of the entitlements given to actual American citizens.

This of course results in a tremendous economic strain on governments, social services, and healthcare. The far-left claims the answer is to bring these people out of the shadows and give them amnesty, but the reality is bringing them out of the shadows will create a larger number of people draining social services afforded by entitlement programs, and further empower them to implement the kind of chaos on our society that they so desperately ran from in the first place.

It is time for the Society of Professional Journalists, the National Lawyers Guild, the Center for Constitutional Rights, the Mexican American Legal Defense and Education Fund, the American Civil Liberties Union, and all of the other open border amnesty groups operating in the United States to stop imposing their personal distorted belief systems on speech, racism, and the meaning of the United States Constitution.

The media will continue to use the terms “illegal immigrants” and “illegal aliens” because under the laws of our land, that is exactly what they are. The SPJ and groups like it can follow whatever practices they like, but imposing their will upon the American people will no longer be tolerated. This is not a second battle of Civil Rights. It is just a parasitic society that wishes to move into our lands now that they have destroyed their own. A comparison of the two is contemptible, and can only be attributed to either ignorance or outright deception.

There is no question that the United States has always been a land of immigrants, a melting pot for people to find the American dream. But it is also true that if you add one bad ingredient to this melting pot, you can make the whole thing taste bad. Islam is that ingredient, and if Americans don't put political correctness aside and recognize the infiltrative threat that our melting pot now faces, the taste will soon be something that we can never take away.

According to Islamic teaching, the Quran came down as a series of revelations from Allah through the Archangel Gabriel to the Prophet Muhammad, who then dictated it to his followers. Required for interpretation of the Quran are the Hadiths, which are anecdotes of Muhammad’s life. In Islam, Muhammad is considered al-insan al-kamil ‘ideal man’, and therefore the closer Muslims can mimic him, the closer they are to Allah. The problem is Muhammad wrote what are the typical rantings of a 7^th Century warlord that when followed in the 21^st Century, amount to global terrorism.

Islam is not a religion in the same sense as Christianity or Buddhism. Islam is a system of government. It interweaves a political system and a legal system (Sharia Law) into a geo-political project that is governed by radical religious doctrine at its core. Islam and Sharia constitute a comprehensive means of ordering society at every level. Because Sharia originates with the Quran and the Hadiths, Sharia is the legal code ordained by Allah for all mankind without compromise.

Islamic teaching divides Islam into two houses, Dar al-Islam and Dar al-Harb (House of Islam and House of War). The House of Islam represents society controlled by Islam and Sharia. The House of War represents other nations or societies in Jahiliyyah (ignorance of divine guidance), the time prior to embracing Allah. The fundamental danger with Islam is that the ideology is entirely premised on the constant struggle (jihad) to combine these houses into one, Dar al-Islam (House of Islam). The uncompromising will of Allah is that peace will come only when all of mankind avows “there is no god but Allah, and Muhammad is his prophet.”

The Islamic struggle to rid the world of all non-believers and combine the houses into a single House of Islam is not something new. It did not begin with the recognition of an Israeli state or the Iraq war. This Islamic struggle, their jihad, has been going on for 1400 years and is now at the early stages of their third big push to establish the Islamic Caliphate.

Hoodna is what is known as an acceptable form of temporary cease-fire that would otherwise be prohibited under Islamic law. Islam does not allow for treaties, negotiated settlements, or multiculturalism as that is contrary to Allah’s will. However at periods of weakness, it is an acceptable tactical ploy for a Hoodna in order to buy time to increase numbers, political power, and influence.

It is goal of Islam during Hoodna to present their cause as acceptable to the mainstream while infiltrating under the surface. This is done by promoting a distorted vision of coexistence that does not exist in true Islamic teachings, through the exploitation of universities, media, and political action. The conscious deception is viewed as an olive branch of peace, but is really just a means to an end.

Forget for a moment the terrorist acts that are attempted, or in the case of September 11, successfully carried out against the United States. These activities certainly create fear in the American people, but even more dangerously, they serve as the launching platform for the Islamic warriors who are conducting the true war against the infidel America under a façade of peace and coexistence. This is a war carried out beneath the surface, one we are not intended to know about.

Take for example organizations like The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR). Their executive summary states that,

“CAIR was established in 1994 to challenge stereotypes of Islam and Muslims. CAIR has expended tremendous energy on educational efforts, including the production of public service announcements introducing Americans to their Muslim neighbors and rejecting terrorism. We have published guides to Islamic religious practices for professionals such as doctors, law enforcement, and educators who routinely interact with Muslims. We have also delivered books on Islam to thousands of American public libraries and offered free materials to individual citizens and public officials interested in learning more about the faith.”

This seems harmless enough on the surface. They preach of coexistence, dispelling stereotypes, and the rejection of terrorism as a means of spreading the Islamic faith. Stuff that makes Americans feel all warm and fuzzy about sharing their country with members of the geo-political project whose true agenda is to rid the world of nonbelievers. It makes CAIR appear reputable and gives them a sense of political clout, despite numerous accusations that they secretly fund terrorist activities conducted by Hamas and some factions of Al Qaeda.

This is the true war. They use the platform of condemning terrorism as a way to gain trust and infiltrate in the name of peace. Then they use the laws of the country, the media, and political correctness to box the Judeo-Christian based American society into acceptance, and eventually assimilation into the Islamic faith, similar to the path being followed in Western Europe today.

True believers of Islam do not see a problem with this extension of the law of Allah to the world by force. They see it as a war liberating the infidels from their infidelity to embrace Islam, much as Americans viewed the war in Iraq as a war of liberation from misguided ideology.

If Americans do not act fast and begin to recognize the threat that Islam poses just beneath the surface, the march to take over our society and culture will continue. Things such as a mosque being built so close to Ground Zero that a wheel from one of the aircraft landed on the building’s roof is nothing more than a symbolic gesture for Islam to continue their secret struggle.

The stunning resurrection of Michael Vick after a major humiliating downfall has created a number of different headlines over the past year. After being released from prison, there has been controversy regarding whether or not he should play in the NFL, whether or not he should start, whether or not he should be considered for the MVP award because of this remarkable play, whether or not he should be allowed to own a dog, and most recently the infamous phone call from President Barack Obama to Philadelphia Eagles owner Jeffery Lurie commending the second chance he gave to Vick.

During his Christmas vacation in Hawaii, President Obama made a phone call to Jeffrey Lurie who quoted the President as saying, “so many people who serve time never get a fair second chance. He was… passionate about it. He said it's never a level playing field for prisoners when they get out of jail. And he was happy that we did something on such a national stage that showed our faith in giving someone a second chance after such a major downfall.”

Not only did it serve absolutely no purpose for President Obama to get involved in professional sports, the NFL, the Eagles organization, or his personal analysis on the turnaround of Michael Vick, it has once again fueled a firestorm surrounding the heinous acts of animal cruelty that Michael Vick was convicted of and supposedly served his time for.

The world now knows the Michael Vick was heavily involved in dogfighting. Vick personally witnessed and took part in the activities of electrocuting, drowning, and manually strangling dogs that were no longer fit to fight. As a result Vick lost his career, lost his money, and served 23 months in a federal prison camp in Leavenworth, KS.

Now Vick has returned. Jeffrey Lurie and the Philadelphia Eagles gave Michael Vick a second chance by signing him to a one-year contract. Since that time Vick has earned the starting role and proven himself to be an even better and more mature quarterback after a three season absence, something thought impossible. He has elevated his reputation both on and off the field by playing like the league MVP, and talking like a class act. Yet, the arguments continue to go on-and-on by pundits from all sides debating what kind of life Michael Vick should be allowed to live now that he has served his time.

To make it clear, President Obama calling the owner of a sports team to give a knuckle-bump for hooking up one of the brothers is just idiotic to the core, and scored the President absolutely no political points after two weeks of half-way decent governing, following two years of pathetic leadership and failed policies.

But when it comes to this ongoing debate about whether Michael Vick should be able to move on with his life a rehabilitated man, or suffer life-long denigration for a series of mistakes made at a time in his life when he was young, immature, too wealthy for his maturity level, and ego driven by instant fame, has got to come to an end. Seriously, enough already!

As a conservative analyst and animal lover with two dogs of my own, I looked upon Michael Vick in 2007 as a man beneath contempt. I felt his punishment should be very severe, and he should never again be allowed to play in the NFL. But since coming out of prison, a true change has been visible in Mr. Vick, and maybe it is time he is given the opportunity to prove that rehabilitation does work, and only convicted again if he actually does something worthy of condemnation.

Vick was a broken man when he went to prison, and as often happens, people from poor backgrounds in dangerous neighborhoods often times revert back to their instinctive ways once they have suffered their downfall and end up in prison. This was not the case with Michael Vick.

Vick emerged from prison humble and broken with his head held low, but with a new attitude. He snatched the opportunity with the Philadelphia Eagles with a low paying, one year deal as a backup quarterback. He has since kept his mouth closed, his nose clean, and has earned his way back to being arguably the best player in any position currently in the NFL. That is what rehabilitation is supposed to be about, and stifling those that it works for serves no good purpose for anyone, and ultimately leads to the recidivism that has our prisons overcrowded to a level of bursting at the seams.

Then there is the paranoia over Vick wanting to get another dog. Seriously, do those opposed actually think that after everything that Vick has gone through the dog is going to end up electrocuted or hanging from a tree in Vick’s yard? With the scrutiny he would be under combined with inner guilt that he needs to make up for the cruelty he inflicted on those animals, any dog he owned would end up being the most well-cared for and pampered dog to be found.

While Homeland Security Director Janet Napolitano and TSA Director John Pistole continue to condone the government’s blatant violations of the 4^th Amendment of the Constitution by irradiating unsuspecting airline passengers, and molesting grandmas, nuns, and babies in diapers, a very real threat to airline security still exists at airports across the country that nothing is being done about.

Just imagine that a young Muslim, possibly even a United States citizen, begins to radicalize under the true fundamental meaning of the Islamic religion as dictated by the Quran. This young Muslim has now become a terrorist and decides he wishes to conduct jihad on the American infidels. Just at a time when airport security and government practices used to supposedly protect us are a heavy topic in the media, bypassing the TSA and successfully conducting another terrorist attack on air transportation would take a heavy toll on Americans psychologically, and on the airline industry economically.

The reality is, bypassing TSA security at any airport in the United States is easier than you would ever want to believe. The jihadist is now a ticking time bomb, looking for a way to once again strike at the heart of America through an airline disaster. And he's found a way. Conveniently for him, for the past eight months he's been conducting private pilot training to eventually make his way to the Middle East as a commercial airline pilot. He has received a certificate as a general aviation private pilot, and can now jump in the cockpit of a Cessna and fly into any airport he chooses in the United States.

When a private pilot lands an aircraft, especially at an airport that conducts major airline activity, once on the ground they are generally diverted to a side area of the airport where private planes from Cessna’s to Gulfstream’s can tie down and utilize the specific facilities available to them. The problem is, once the airplane is parked and tied down, there is nothing preventing that pilot from wandering anywhere he wishes out on the airport tarmac.

So the young jihadist makes his plans, straps a large series of explosive devices to his chest, and goes off to the local airport where he did his training to rent a Cessna. He undergoes no questioning or security checks and just walks out to his aircraft where he conducts his pre-flight check and then gets clearance to take off. Once airborne he sets his GPS to the major airport he has selected and prepares for his martyrdom.

He arrives over the major airport, which one makes no difference. He gets his clearance to land, and after touching down receives the taxi instructions to the general aviation area of the airport. After parking the Cessna and shutting it down he gets out of the plane, but instead of going to the general aviation building, he makes his way across the tarmac and towards the primary terminal buildings where the commercial airliners are located.

Without any questions or intervention from the baggage cart and food cart drivers that he continues to avoid as they zoom around the airport, he walks his way towards a 747 that is in the middle of boarding and re-fueling. As he walks under the wing of the massive jet loaded with passengers, and between the aircraft and the fuel truck, he makes one last praise to Allah and detonates his bomb.

The bomb, along with the fuel truck, the aircraft and the fuel vapor create a wrath of destruction that almost cannot be contemplated. Close by aircraft exploding, portions of the terminal collapsing, the devastation would go on and on. And despite all of the TSA’s recent futile efforts to thwart terrorism by violating our Constitutional rights, the damage would be more than they could ever recover from.

As a private pilot, I can tell you this is no far-fetched fairytale. I could not even begin to tell you the number of times I have taken this exact same route into the primary terminals from the smallest to the largest commercial airports across the country. For me, it is simply a quicker route than taking a shuttle to the food available in the major terminals, and also gets me into the areas beyond the TSA checkpoints where the bulk of airport restaurants are now located. But that means the areas are also accessible to those with more sinister intentions.

After the December 8^th press conference by President Obama conceding to go against his own political agenda and compromise with Republicans over the Bush-era tax cuts, it looks as if the progressive loons in the far-left wing of the Democratic Party are going to put politics before the people and stop the package dead in its tracks.

“This is not an abstract debate. This is real money. It will make a real difference in the lives of the folks who sent us here. A long political fight that carried over into next year might have been good politics, but it would be a bad deal for the economy, and it would be a bad deal for the American people."

In addition to affecting the financial lives of individual Americans, the uncertainty over the future of the Bush-era tax cuts is playing a crucial role impeding business stimulation and job growth at a time when both are critical for America's economic health.

The package not only includes a two-year extension of the tax cuts for those making less than $250,000 per year, but includes the two-year extension for all Americans with no income limitations which the far-left opposes with fanaticism.

In addition to an extension of the tax cuts, the legislation would also allow for an additional extension on unemployment benefits which are due to expire at the end of this month, affecting millions of Americans.

But what really has liberals riled up is the estate tax provision, also known as the “death tax,” which would make the first $5 million tax-free for each spouse totaling $10 million, with the remainder being taxed at a rate of 35%.

At a time when President Obama appears to be regaining some common sense and moving to the center as Bill Clinton did when the Democrats were wiped out in 1994, the far-left liberals continue to pound away at the final nails in the Democratic coffin by enforcing their ideology at the expense of the American people despite being tossed out of office.

Rep. Gary Ackerman (D-N.Y.) illustrates the liberal tantrum best on MSNBC when he referred to the tax-cut extension package as the “Republican Wet Dream Act.” His crude correlation shows that he and like-minded Democrats have truly lost touch with why they are in office, and will shove their agenda down the throats of America with zero regard for the lives of the everyday American people who elected them.

In a morning after Democratic caucus, the liberal wing of party voted to reject the compromise that President Obama advocated, going so far as to say, “F**k the President.”

Soon to be ex-House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is threatening a refusal to bring the compromise for a vote before the House floor, while Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid has said that he won't let the package go through the Senate without substantial changes.

The move is a sharp rebuke to Obama as he continues to argue, even going so far as to having a joint press briefing with former President Bill Clinton to lend credibility that Democrats must get behind this package or the nation's economy could be severely damaged and the recovery might begin to move backwards if it fails to pass.

"Both sides are going to have to eat some things they don't like. We don't want to slip back into a recession. We've got to keep this thing going and accelerate its pace. I think this is the best available option. I don't believe there is a better deal out there."

“We are going to keep on having this debate. We are going to keep having this battle. But in the meantime I am not here to play games with the American people or the health of our economy. If I have to choose between having a protracted political battle, on the one hand, but those folks being hurt – or helping those folks and continuing to fight this battle over the next two years. I will choose the latter.”

Because progressive left Democrats have no interest in everyday Americans except for on Election Day, the fight appears to be escalating into a protracted political debate that will only serve to hurt the American people and economy.

The Democrats are fine with a two-year extension of the tax cuts, but only for those making less than $250,000 per year which would certainly do nothing to stimulate job growth. Further, they simply will not compromise on the liberal Holy Grail estate tax. The $5 million per person tax-free amount is out of the question, and the 35% tax rate thereafter is far too low.

As the ticking of the clock begins to slow for the 111th Congress and the members prepare to go home, many for the last time, they are asked how they will face their constituents. They actually have the nerve to justify their actions by claiming this is an abstract battle that really means nothing because when the Republicans come to power in January they will sweep the package through to a President who is willing to sign it.

The time for the 111th Congress to come to an end could not come soon enough. This blatant example of liberal lunacy is going to cost all Americans further economic pain and hardship as jobs remain sparse, paychecks become smaller, and unemployment insurance for millions of Americans depending on it will expire. It just goes to prove that the far-left liberal zealots who now represent the power base of the Democratic Party are definitely not looking out for you.

But as Republicans begin side up and decide who stands the best chance to beat President Obama in 2012, they must keep in mind that the recent sweep into power was not a Republican referendum, but a rejection of the socialist policies of the Obama administration.

Popular Republican candidates such as Jeb Bush and Chris Christie have already emphatically ruled themselves out as challengers in 2012. Of course this has never meant much in politics, but in the case of Bush and Christie, it stands to reason that it is just not the right time for either of them to run.

Chris Christie is undoubtedly a rising Republican star and his time is sure to come, but that time is not now. It is too early in his career and the country is not ready for another untested President. Jeb Bush simply has the wrong last name. It is just too soon for most Americans to stomach another Bush in the White House, and despite being one of the most qualified candidates, would lose on name recognition alone.

Newt Gingrich has been a workhorse in the Republican Party for decades. Sarah Palin is currently the face of Republicans, and the face of everyday Americans. Either one of these two candidates could easily carry the Republican base in the primaries and win the nomination. But winning over the base of conservatives is not going to beat president Obama in 2012.

Newt Gingrich defines what it means to be a conservative and is the leading voice for traditional values with a resemblance to Reagan conservatism. Sarah Palin is a rockstar in the Republican Party and draws crowds by the thousands, but is nationally polarizing to a fault. The problem is the regular folks are just not going to vote for candidates this far to the conservative right.

In addition to attracting new and young voters in 2008, Barack Obama owes his victory in large part to the independent voters who found something in his platitudes of hope and change that they themselves could believe in. If Republicans are going to take the White House back in 2012, they are going to have to focus a message of truth towards the disillusioned independent voter and earn back their trust. Republicans and Democrats alike will always vote with their base, but the independent voters decide elections.

The election in 2012 is not going to come down to Democratic progressivism or Republican conservatism. It will come down to the issues facing everyday Americans around the dinner table. In the midst of an unprecedented economic crisis and a high level of unemployment with future uncertainty, Americans want somebody who can fix the problem and return some sense of security back to their lives.

To this end, the best choice for Republican nominee in 2012 is former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney. Mitt is a lawyer by education, and has amassed a large personal fortune of more than $200 million. One of Mitt's greatest achievements was his taking over a financially destitute and corrupt laden Olympic body in 1999. By the 2002 Winter Olympics, Mitt had ended the corruption and turned the Olympics into a financial windfall.

The primary crisis that our country currently faces, and will still face in 2012 is our looming debt and out of control spending. There is no better person to put in the White House to fix the economic crisis than Mitt Romney. He is the most qualified to personally make the best decisions necessary to get the country back on track without the pandering of economic advisors.

In addition to Mitt Romney's economic expertise, he also has unique experience with the implementation of universal health care in Massachusetts. Although hailed for it at the time, he now looks back at it and sees things he would've done differently to avoid the debt crisis it has caused the state. Short of Republicans being able to repeal Obamacare altogether, Mitt would also be the best suited to deal with the crisis.

Finally, what Mitt Romney has that many of the other front-runners do not have is the ability to carry the independent vote. Mitt is seen as a moderate Republican. At times he has even been accused of being a flip flopper because of his positions on abortion and healthcare in the heavily liberal state where he was a Republican governor.

The combination of Mitt Romney being an economic expert in a time of American economic crisis, a universal health care expert in a time of Obamacare crisis, and a moderate Republican who could likely steal back a large number of the independent voters that Barack Obama relied on in 2008, make him unquestionably the most formidable challenger to Barack Obama in 2012.

Generally, the vice presidential pick is more about carrying a state to anything else. But in a time of so many crucial issues facing our nation, maybe it is time to look for a vice president that can actually contribute to the people with real policy influence.

With that in mind, some of the most vulnerable aspects of a Mitt Romney candidacy are a lack of foreign policy experience at a time when the world is on the brink, and his inability to carry the vote from the conservative base. The most highly respected right-leaning conservative that has proven himself time and again as a formidable foreign policy expert that would best compliment a Mitt Romney presidency is John Bolton.

Ambassador to the United Nations under George W. Bush, John Bolton has recently been positioning himself in a way indicative of a presidential run. The truth is he could not beat Barack Obama on the top of the ticket. His foreign-policy expertise is a much-needed asset in this time of world unrest, but his lack of domestic policy record, especially concerning the economy, could not see him win. In addition to that he would be considered far too conservative to appeal to the independent voter.

The United States has a long history fighting the ‘ism.’ Nazism, Communism, Marxism, Fascism, Socialism, Racism, etc… Yet the most dangerous ‘ism’ of them all continues the silent war of attrition against the very fabric of our societal identity, while hiding behind the cloak of ‘tolerance’ and ‘political-correctness’ that our society provides.

America is in danger. The few who know are screaming out loud, but nobody is listening. They are hearing it, and probably seeing it too, but the fog of ignorant tolerance surrounding Islamism has made people deaf and blind to the crisis unfolding in front of us all.

According to Islamic teaching, the Quran came down as a series of revelations from Allah through the Archangel Gabriel to the Prophet Muhammad, who then dictated it to his followers. Required for interpretation of the Quran are the Hadiths, which are anecdotes of Muhammad’s life. In Islam, Muhammad is considered al-insan al-kamil ‘ideal man’, and therefore the closer Muslims can mimic him, the closer they are to Allah. The problem is Muhammad wrote what are the typical rantings of a 7^th Century warlord that when followed in the 21^st Century, amount to global terrorism.

Islamism is not a religion in the same sense as Christianity or Buddhism. Islamism is a system of government. It interweaves a political system and a legal system (Sharia Law) into a geo-political project that is governed by radical religious doctrine at its core. Islam and Sharia constitute a comprehensive means of ordering society at every level. Because Sharia originates with the Quran and the Hadiths, Sharia is the legal code ordained by Allah for all mankind without compromise.

Islamic teaching divides Islam into two houses, Dar al-Islam and Dar al-Harb (House of Islam and House of War). The House of Islam represents society controlled by Islam and Sharia. The House of War represents other nations or societies in Jahiliyyah (ignorance of divine guidance), the time prior to embracing Allah. The fundamental danger with Islamism is that the ideology is entirely premised on the constant struggle (jihad) to combine these houses into one, Dar al-Islam (House of Islam). The uncompromising will of Allah is that peace will come only when all of mankind avows “there is no god but Allah, and Muhammad is his prophet.”

“I have been ordered to fight with the people till they say, 'None has the right to be worshipped but Allah,' and whoever says, 'None has the right to be worshipped but Allah,' his life and property will be saved by me except for Islamic law, and his accounts will be with Allah."

Islam is unique in that it is the only religion on earth mandating violence against non-believers. Apologists dismiss this ideology as a radical component of the true peaceful Islam, but this is conscious deception plain and simple. Apologists often disingenuously look to the early teachings of the Quran to manipulate western perception in its favor.

“We know of best what they say; and you (O Muhammad) are not a tyrant over them (to force them to Belief). But warn by the Qur'an, him who fears My Threat.”

Apologists will claim that there are simply two different ways to interpret Islam and the moderates have it right while terrorists act within the violent component that is not seen as binding on Islam. More conscious deception, as the Doctrine of Abrogation clearly nullifies the early peaceful teachings and mandates the later violent ones as the will of Allah. The Quran itself lays out the principles of this doctrine.

 “Whatever a Verse (revelation) do we (Allah) abrogate or cause to be forgotten, We bring a better one or similar to it. Know you not that Allah is able to do all things?”

The Islamic struggle to rid the world of all non-believers and combine the houses into a single House of Islam is not something new. It did not begin with the Israeli state or the Iraq war. This Islamic struggle, their jihad, has been going on for 1400 years and is now at the early stages of their third wave to ultimately establish an Islamic Caliphate.

The first jihad in the 7^th Century saw Islamism rapidly overcome the territories of Byzantium, Persia, Iraq, Iran, North Africa, Spain and finally into France. The second jihad from the 11^th to 15^th Centuries saw Islamism further its conquest of mankind by sweeping through Eastern Europe, Turkey, Greece, and the Balkans until being stalled in Vienna on September 11, 1683.

Hoodna is an acceptable form of temporary cease-fire that would otherwise be prohibited under Islamic law. Islamism does not allow for treaties, negotiated settlements, or multiculturalism as that is contrary to Allah’s will. However at periods of weakness, it is an acceptable tactical ploy for a Hoodna in order to buy time to increase numbers, political power, and influence.

It is goal of Islamism during Hoodna to present their cause as acceptable or at least palatable to the mainstream. This is done by promoting a facade of peaceful co-existence, absent in true Islamism, through exploitation of universities, media, and political action. The conscious deception is viewed as an olive branch of peace, but the only true Islamic vision of peace is a world in which all mankind avows “there is no god but Allah, and Muhammad is his prophet.”

Most experts agree that Osama Bin Laden signaled the end of the second Hoodna, leading to the third jihad, on September 11, 2001, 218 years to the day after it began with the stall of Islamism at the gates of Vienna. The third jihad that is currently underway has swept further into Africa, and through Indonesia, Philippines, Western Europe, and soon – the United States.

True believers of Islam do not see a problem with this extension of the law of Allah to the world by force. They see it as a war liberating the infidels from their infidelity to embrace Islam, much as Americans view the war in Iraq as a war of liberation from misguided ideology.

Tolerance is a required component of a functional society, but there comes a time when tolerance needs to be put in relative perspective. That time is now. It is simply not possible to co-exist with, and be tolerant of a people that fundamentally oppose tolerance themselves as a hallmark of their ideology.

The recent naming of Saif al-Adel by Bin Laden as Al Qaeda’s new commander against activities in the west signify a further step of the third jihad, as laid out in al-Adel’s “Al-Qaeda’s Strategy to the Year 2012.” Americans will soon begin to see the suicide bombings and roadside attacks from their own front doors, feeling the same pain as the other besieged nations who failed to protect themselves from within.

For the good of the United States, for the good of mankind, Americans need to open their eyes and ears to history and act now to avoid the rampage that is sweeping some of Europe’s most civilized nations. Islamism is the current ‘ism’ we face, so it is time that is what we do. Islamism – true Islamism – is our terror. If we fail to see it coming, it will be our death.

The truth is the American people know nothing about Barack Obama the man. His launching mechanisms to political power are brimming with associations with socialists, communists, domestic terrorists, and religious zealots. Tony Rezko, Bill Ayers, James Meeks, Rev. Jeremiah Wright, Rev. Michael Phleger, the names go on and on…

Obama’s ideology and associations were available long before his ascendancy to power, but a serious discussion of what the man stood for as opposed to what he read from a teleprompter was never had.

The American people, desperate to ease their economic pain, wore blinders to the negative ideological identity shift that our nation would suffer as a consequence. With the help of the mainstream media, candidate Obama’s personal ideology and past associations were dismissed as he rose to power under a banner of ‘change’ that Americans failed to grasp.

To avoid the same mistakes of 2008 and minimize the future impact of the past two years, Americans must know the radical governance Mr. Obama intended all along. So comes Barack Obama’s change, his ‘People’s Platform.’

Up until recent voter fraud convictions and a bankruptcy filing on November 2, 2010, many looked to ACORN as simply a mechanism, albeit fraudulent mechanism, to promote the right to vote. But look beyond the stale rhetoric, and you’ll see that the real ACORN agenda involves much more. Best illustrating the roots of ACORN ideology is Sol Stern in, ACORN's Nutty Regime for Cities.

“It is no surprise that ACORN preaches a New Left–inspired gospel, since it grew out of one of the New Left’s silliest and most destructive groups, the National Welfare Rights Organization (NWRO).” “ACORN promotes a 1960s-bred agenda of anti-capitalism, central planning, victimology, and government handouts to the poor. As a result, not only does it harm the poor it claims to serve; it is also a serious threat to the urban future.”

The real ACORN finally came to the surface through charges of corruption, fraud, and a host of other indiscretions in the name of promoting their radical agenda. The government subsequently cut off funding to the organization which led to the recent bankruptcy filing. But thinking they are finished is a mistake. The ACORN name may be gone, but radicals will surely reorganize the ‘People’s Platform’ ideology in renamed groups all over the country.

He cannot be expected to fundamentally change his longstanding ideological beliefs. He is simply stepping back and reassessing the angle in which to accomplish them. After all his kind of change, the ‘People’s Platform,’ moves inch by inch, day by day.

In a letter to her Democratic colleagues on Friday announcing her decision to run for Minority Leader, Nancy Pelosi said that many of her colleagues have encouraged her to run:

"In the 24 hours since I wrote seeking your views and your vote for Democratic Leader, I have been very gratified by the extensive and enthusiastic support I have received. Many of our colleagues, from all areas of our diverse Caucus, have been generous with their ideas and their support,”

Rep. Chris Van Hollen, House Democrats' campaign committee chair, supported Pelosi in his appearance on CNN's State of the Union, claiming the elections were not a referendum on Pelosi. Van Hollen also holds the title “assistant to the speaker,” a job given to him by Pelosi.

An open letter penned by defeated House Democrats imploring Nancy Pelosi to step aside is currently circulating Capitol Hill and sends a completely different message. In draft language obtained by Fox News it reads:

 “Unfortunately, we fear that Republicans will further demonize you, and in so doing they will scare potential candidates out. The prospect of having to run against their own party leadership in addition to their Republican opponent is simply too daunting.”

“Madam Speaker, fairly or unfairly, Republicans made you the face of the resentment and disagreement in our races. While we commend your years of service to our party and your leadership through many tough times, we respectfully ask that you step aside as the top Democrat in the House."

Ultimately Nancy Pelosi will in fact end up the House Minority Leader. She is currently running for the position unchallenged, has the support of the party leaders that matter, and is showing no signs of backing down in lieu of today’s letter from vanquished Democrats.

“At the time, we knew that it probably wasn’t great politics. I made the decision to go ahead and do it and it proved as costly politically as we expected. "

In an attempt to simply adjust the angle to a bad message is the re-emergence of the “failure to communicate” strategy that Democrats are adopting to excuse, justify, and even promote their unpopular policies as simply misunderstood. In other words, a government by the people and for the people is acceptable until the people become too ignorant to understand the policies enacted by their government in their best interest.

The “failure to communicate” strategy relies on the American people to be too ignorant to understand the liberal agenda. It faults Democrats only for failing to communicate the agenda and popularize bad policy, not for failing to enact policy that benefits America and its citizens.

“Democrats could make a list of why people’s lives are better off because of the Democratic government,” and that Democrats are partially at fault for the election losses because, “They don’t do very well at bragging about their achievements.”

“Over the course of 2 years we were so focused and so busy getting a bunch of  stuff done…leadership isn’t just legislation…it’s a matter of persuading people…it’s setting a tone…making an argument that people can understand.”

"We must build the capacity for effectively communicating our message of job creation and opportunity for all, while supporting our signature achievements of health care, Wall Street reform, and Social Security and Medicare.”

In 2008 the Democrats swept into power on an ambiguous message of change and the false platitude of hope. Two years later and after a crushing defeat on Election Day, it seems the Democrats have not learned a thing. Their policies were rejected and their rhetoric called out, but congratulations America, you’re still ignorant. Same Pelosi, Same Party, Same Agenda – This time with a different angle.

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid delivered a surprising blow to Republicans by edging out tea party backed Sharon Angle for the U.S. Senate seat that Reid has held since 1986.

In a race too close to call in pre-election polling, many are shocked by the defeat against the poster boy for the liberal elitist agenda that voters resoundingly rejected elsewhere at the polls.

Sen. Reid is attributing most of the victory to his ground game and infrastructure fueled in large part by the well-funded Get out the Vote organization, and also credits Hispanic voters for nudging him over the edge.

In the weeks leading up to the election, Sharon Angle escalated her stance on illegal immigration with an ad campaign that triggered cries of outrage from Hispanic leaders. Seizing the opportunity, Sen. Reid turned to Hispanic voters to save his election, promising in return a vote on the DREAM Act during the upcoming lameduck session of Congress.

The controversial DREAM Act is believed by many to be amnesty legislation giving undocumented youth living in America a path to citizenship. If passed the DREAM Act would reward illegal immigrants currently in the United States and potentially encourage further illegal immigration. This legislation could also limit the opportunities of American youth by taking away slots in universities and also make it more difficult to obtain tuition assistance.

The pandering paid off as a much higher than expected number of Hispanic voters came out to Nevada polls. According to exit-polls, Hispanics comprised 17 percent of Nevada turnout, 90 percent of which cast their vote for Sen. Harry Reid as he narrowly defeated Sharon Angle by 5 percentage points.

Sen. Reid is now obligated to put the DREAM Act before the House and get it passed before January, as it stands no chance of passage under the new Congress. In doing so he will purposefully ignite the progressive left and border advocacy groups into an untimely national debate about further comprehensive immigration reform. An escalation of this debate to center stage creates a no-win situation for Republicans while serving as a diversion for Democrats away from their unpopular taxing, spending, and Obamacare policies.

Republicans could take the stance of refusing to debate the legislation, but doing so after passage of the DREAM Act by the Dems would bring Hispanics down on top of Republicans and give misperceived ammunition to the liberal media that Republicans are the party of bigots.

Republicans could also enter into the debate for political show and then sabotage any passage of meaningful immigration legislation in the House. But this would be perceived as strategic avoidance making the issue that much more heated going into 2012. The next two years would see the elite media saturated with rhetoric of Republican disregard for Hispanic well-being and facilitation of a broken immigration system.

To avoid any firestorm from Hispanics or the left, Republicans would need to move to the center and compromise on the passage of immigration legislation similar to that of the McCain-Feingold bill. This would amount to political suicide for Republicans. The conservative base would turn on them and the independent voters who returned them to probationary power would see it as a failure to prioritize the issues to those of the American people.

Immigration reform is unquestionably needed, but taxes, spending, and jobs are the issues that favor Republicans and Americans. If Democrats are able to pass the DREAM Act before January and exploit the chink in Republican armor that Sen. Harry Reid discovered on Election Day, Democrats will not only hurt the Republican agenda, they will also hurt the agenda of Americans by effectively ending any semblance of bipartisanship needed to fix the economy.

The reality is that Republicans need to see the DREAM Act storm coming over the horizon and concentrate their efforts over the next two months to stop it and liberal legislation like it. Already since the elections ended, many left-wing Democrats are ignoring the message of the American people and calling for Congress to swiftly push liberal legislation like the DREAM Act through before Republicans officially control the House. For the good of Republicans and that of the American people, this needs to be stopped.

Democratic pundits and politicians are all over cable news right now talking with a fake façade of optimism as their policies are being handily rejected and the two year trip of power is stripped before their eyes.

There is jabbering that Democratic turnout on the ground is higher than expected. There are baseless claims that their internal polling shows they can count on independent voters despite pre-election polling. But as exit-polling and preliminary election results begin to come in, it’s clear that voters aren’t buying the liberal charade this time around. Stark reality and hard facts are something liberals just cannot compete with.

A Fox News exit-poll hot off the press clearly illustrates what is going on. Only 3 percent of those polled were enthusiastic with the current government agenda, and 21 percent were satisfied. This represents only 24 percent government approval and closely mirrors congressional approval ratings.

On the other side of the coin, 26 percent of those polled are angry at current government performance and 47 percent say they are dissatisfied. This means an astounding 73 percent of Americans polled just after casting their vote are reaffirming the resounding rejection of President Obama’s socialist agenda.

An October 2010 Rasmussen poll on partisan trending found that 36.3 percent of registered voters identified themselves as Democrats, 33.4 percent indentified as Republicans, and 30.3 percent claimed no party affiliation. An analysis of these two polls paints a picture of a future that should be absolutely frightening for Democrats.

The Fox News exit poll shows that Americans are not casting their ballot down partisan lines, but are voting in a referendum against a government gone wild. If the same 73 percent who disapprove of the government casted their votes in support of unseating majority and incumbency, then the number of Americans abandoning the liberal agenda who embraced it in 2008 is astonishing.

The combination of Republicans and undecided’s in the Rasmussen poll comprise only 63.7 percent of voters. Assuming exit-polls are accurate, 73 percent of voters are rejecting the majority government. If this is the case not only have Republicans unified their base and reclaimed the independent vote lost in 2008, they have also seemingly attracted 9.3 percent of the voters who identified themselves as Democrats. Moderates and blue dog’s primarily, but Democrats nonetheless.

In this worst case scenario, Democrats now only have 27 percent support just two short years after sweeping into power. This is an undeniable rejection of the liberal agenda force fed on the American people by President Obama, and couldn’t come soon enough. Rest in peace Democrats, and thanks for playing.

The final pre-election Gallup poll gave the GOP a 55 percent to 40 percent lead over Democrats among likely voters in a generic ballot test. The unprecedented 15 percentage point lead represents nearly double that enjoyed by the GOP before the 1994 Republican Revolution, shaping today’s elections into a certain slaughterhouse for Democrats.

The GOP will be sorely mistaken however, if they view today’s results as resounding support for the Republican agenda as much as it symbolizes a referendum against the socialist policies of President Obama. Over the next two years Republicans will be given a lease on power once again by Americans, but this time will be paramount to GOP survival for them to unify with the tea party movement and adopt the libertarianistic tendencies that return the GOP to a traditional view of small government.

In response to GOP reliance on tea party grassroots support in a recent CNN interview, Sarah Palin remarked "I think the machine within the GOP will realize the 'we the people' message is rising and is resonating throughout with independents, with moderates, and with hardcore conservatives because it's so full of common sense and time tested truths that could put the economy back on track, that heaven forbid the GOP machine strays from this message.”

But some in the GOP are already straying. Yesterday on Politico.com, Mike Allen and Jim Vande Hei wrote a piece trashing Sarah Palin and quoting numerous sources that the GOP is terrified of her and must stop her. The clear illustration of fear by the GOP is exemplified in the questionable list of article sources. They include “Top Republican advisors to Maine 2012 presidential contenders, other veteran Republican operatives, GOP elites, establishment figures, top advisors to candidates, top Republicans, top advisors, longtime Republican leaders and top advisors to rival campaigns.” Yet not a single named source is used.

In an interview yesterday on CNN's American Morning, RNC chair Michael Steele lashed out at the unnamed Republican Palin critics with a dose of sanity regarding the GOP position. “These Republican leaders who don't put their names in print but make comments in shadows need to shut up. We're focused on winning elections tomorrow night. Get out here, get out to this building at the RNC and help us make phone calls, help us dial into districts so we can turn out our vote. That's what folks should be doing, not focusing on Sarah Palin. She's focused on winning elections and seats tomorrow night.”

Even as Republicans cruise to a crushing victory in today’s midterms, the hints of division and struggle over the reins of GOP power leading into 2012 have already begun. These battles could inevitably end up a deathblow for the GOP if not avoided. GOP leadership must understand that the tea party represents something larger than partisan issues. It represents Americans fed up with politics as usual. Comprised of independents, moderates, and many conservatives, this group will make up the largest voter base in 2012.

It remains to be seen whether GOP leadership will responsibly shift the party and the government back to the people, but their survival depends on it. The biggest lesson for Republicans to learn from 2010 is that politics as usual is over, and to never forget that today’s victory is not one for the party, but one for the people.

Republicans will sweep to power in the House after tomorrows midterms, and the socialist revolution will become irrevocably stalled. Liberal tax and spend ideology is sure to be handily rejected by mainstream America, and what will remain for Democrats once the tidal wave recedes will be a wasteland of failed opportunity.

With Republicans in control of the House, the next two years will see little in the way of accomplishments out of Washington. The House will allow nothing which advances President Obama’s agenda, and the President will veto anything Republicans slip through. Both sides of the aisle know this and with bipartisanship nonexistent, we should not expect any meaningful legislation. What Americans can expect to see after the close of midterm election season is an immediate opening of campaign season 2012.

It is not surprising that Republicans are already posturing for 2012 before the votes are counted in 2010. The only way to advance the big picture agenda of returning the foundations of capitalism and tradition to Americans is to spend the next two years riding the wave of voter referendum against President Obama’s far-left policies. Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell of Kentucky has already made clear that “The single most important thing we want to achieve is for President Obama to be a one-term president.”

An Associated Press-Knowledge Network Poll, tracking a group of people and their views since the beginning of the 2008 presidential campaign, recently found that 47 percent of Democrats now say President Obama should be challenged for the nomination in 2012. This poll along with dismal approval ratings clearly illustrate that two short years after hope and change, Democrats are split at the seam.

Democrats are undoubtedly gearing up for 2012 just as Republicans are, but in a wake of failed economic and social policy, they are left to fight what is sure to be a bitter campaign with no accomplishments and no message that voters will buy sight unseen this time around. As a result, we are sure to see a significant escalation of the ‘divide and conquer’ attack strategy that Democrats have found limited success with this year.

For the next two years the left is sure to bombard the internet, airwaves, and universities with personal attacks against specific Republican candidates they view as vulnerable. This after all, will be the only way for them to blur the issues of their failed ideology with the independent vote which they relied upon in 2008 and attacked in 2010. It is truly the only Democratic option.

If Republicans are able to avoid this game and quickly unify under the slightly more libertarianistic view of the tea party movement, they will have the opportunity to hold onto a large number of independent voters which they are sure to reclaim in 2010. It is clearly the Republican’s race to lose.

Posturing by both sides is already underway for 2012, and this time around Democrats come out of the gate as the desperate underdogs. The left’s mastery of attack strategy and questionable journalistic ethical standards are sure to make this one of the nastiest political races in memory. How Republicans respond will determine the fate of our nation. Sit back and hold on tight, its sure to be a long and wild ride. Welcome to campaign season 2012.
